process starts with a free consultation where we discuss

fitness program.

there is no such thing as a "one size fits all"
fitness program,
I will have you try various types of exercises to see which
ones feel
right for you. When an exercise feel right, we add it to
your program,
when it does not, we find one that does. In the end, you
